Pop the bezel off as described in numerous YouTube videos. Exacto knife carefully through the glue holding the insert. Use 3m insert ring to replace glue (https://www.amazon.com/Adhesive-Rings-Sticking-Insert-Submariner-GMT/dp/B07D6T27GB) to stick the new one on. Pop the bezel back on.

You can use glue or bezel tape rings.
