No one knows, but the solution that worked for me was to go onto Amazon and buy a digital Sony gift card. Then redeem the code and load up the credit on your account and use that.

You can get them from Amazon, all you have to do is make a US Amazon account and they will sell you digital codes. They send them over to your email.

Your downloadable content in your download list will still be available for you to download. You will only be able to access the PSN store in the region you registered your account in. For example: I registered my account with the US as my location, no matter where I go, I will only be able to access the US PSN store.
Keep in mind that for some reason, you cannot use credit cards that are not registered in the same country as your account to pay for stuff. I need to actually have a US credit card to pay for games. I get around this by buying digital PSN card from Amazon. You still need a US address to buy this but any address will do.
I'd suggest buying a gift/topup card from Amazon, Gamestop etc. and then inputting the code they email you into the PS Store.
If you want to use your attached card or Paypal, then it sounds like you'll have to contact support.
Not sure why you were stopped from adding more funds, maybe it was incorrectly flagged as suspicious by your card or bank (you might want to call & check).
But you should be to add more funds with a gift/top up card, which are available on Amazon etc. and they just email you a code to enter on the PS Store.

I only bought something once from my US PS store. I didn’t try my credit card (it works international) cause I think they require a credit card issued in the country based on the store location.
I’ll tell you what worked though. I bought a PS Store card from Amazon. You can choose the amount you need, It worked using my Egypt issued credit card and I got the redemption code on my email in minutes

The first time around it will take you some a couple hours until they give you the code, but after that, it will take less than five minutes. Just e-mail him the code and he is good to go.
I can't help with the address issues, that will depend on your card company and whether they reject it based on an incorrect billing address or not...
To add something to the people saying to use amazon, use smile.amazon.com. It's still Amazon, but a small portion of the proceeds go to a charity of your choice. Doesn't cost you anything extra, it's just a donation made from Amazon's end.
I assume you have a US acct. if that's the case, they only accept American issued credit/debit cards and American Paypal accounts. If you don't have either one, you can't sign up for the trial. I recommend to buy the vouchers on Amazon. I strongly encourage you to never link your cc or paypal to your PS acct.

Sounds 100% like what I had to deal with. If you've only tried twice and no more, then I would call support and see if they can fix it before your account is locked out. If you've tried 3 times or more with the same error, then you're already locked and you have to wait for 24 hours before you can try again.
You can bypass the wait period by buying a prepaid gift card and adding that to your account and then buying your skin using the funds from it (at least that worked for me), but if you want to charge your card directly through PSN, you'll have to wait.
If his acct is set as primary in your console and you buy Destiny with your acct, he won't have access to the game because Destiny is in your acct and he is the one gamesharing with you. If you buy the game with your friend's acct, then both of you will have access to Destiny.
As a general recommendation, if you want to buy a game for the both of you, you better buy it with your friend's acct. Just buy a PSN prepaid card, give him the code and ask him to buy the game.
TL;DR just buy Destiny and the DLCs with your friends acct and the both of you will have access to his entire game library and to Destiny and its DLCs. games in your game library won't be avail to him.

They're instant. just buy one of these and after you've gone through the payment and given your billing address it will give you your code.

You can use any address, it won't be a problem. Having a US address, but paying with a UK card might be a problem, but I've already bought games from the UK store, even though I don't live in the UK, so I guess it'll be the some for you. I don't know if you'll accept PS4 requests, if not don't include me. I Would love to get 'Witcher 3: Wild Hunt (GOTY)' for PS4. Currently at an all time low for 9.99$. From what I've heard this game has a top notch story. Since playing Skyrim the open world has to have a good standard for me personally. I've heard extremely good reviews about the Witcher 3. I've seen a fair bit of gameplay and it looked wonderful. I've always been wanting to play this game. I've heard that the combat is not that good but the other aspects dilute it. I'm really a sucker for games with amazing stories. Everything I've heard about this game is very positive. The fantasy aspect of this game really interests me because I'm a TES fan too. Your Choices really matter in this RPG. The character development, story, open world is really well done from what I've read from the reviews. Not to mention the side quests in this game are ridiculously good. I haven't seen much of it because of spoiler reasons. But I think I'll really love this game. Thanks again!

Only weapon we have is our camera with night vision
Only way to survive is running
Run and hide for your life

I didnt know english before so i lost huge part of its fin
i watched lots of speedruns and maybe i gonna be a speedrunner of this game (actually spent 40+ hours only on youtube)

Oddly enough my favorite game of all time is Limbo. It's a simple platformer that is somewhat poetic. It has a hidden/secret story and its fun to replay it and try to make up theories. I love it's deep and dark atmosphere which is why I want INSIDE. (Made by the same company) I heard mixed reviews on Inside and don't want to spoil the experience and go in knowing NOTHING like in Limbo. I hope can relive the same feeling of aww and immersion in Inside as I did with Limbo. Thanks OP!

I don't believe this is possible. However, I've heard that people outside of the US have been able to buy digital PSN cards from Amazon.com. You will need a US shipping address (real or fake) tied to your account, but it won't be needed because since it's digital, the digital code will be emailed to you or you can find it on your Amazon account. I personally haven't done this for PSN credit, but I have done this quite a bit for digital PC games.
