The Happ switches use a 0.187" connector. I personally like to use an insulated female connector on my control panel. You can get 100 from Amazon for $8. I have used a generic 8 inch crimping tool for my jobs and it has done wonderfully. It looks like this: 8 Inch Crimping tool
