Get a diamond tipped circular hole bit. Sorry for the Amazon link, you can find them at Home Depot or Lowe’s as well.
Then just run some water over it as you drill. Start at a 45 Deg angle and once you’re party through, slowly shift to perpendicular as you drill all the way through.
Not sure why nobody seems to have mentioned them, but I'd use a small diamond hole saw, and a board with a hole in it as a guide. I got a cheap set like this: 15 Pcs Diamond Drill Bits for Ceramic, Diamond Hole Saw Drill Bit Set Kit, Glass Drill Bit for Bottles,Pots, Marble, Granite Stone, Tile Cutting 0.23 Inch - 2 Inch(6mm - 50mm)YLYL https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08MCG68XG/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_PCPBWYERNZ8V1XX9QJS4?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
