Toddy coffee cold brew concentrate, for hot or iced beverages. Aeropress is quick and good also.
i dont know where you buy that, but here's a quick cold brew recipe.
i basically described the process for this device [link]
it makes the process a little easier. the "coffee solution" slowly looses flavor in the fridge, and should be consumed within 3 weeks. to keep longer, i pour it into ice cube trays and freeze it. perfect cold brew any time.
I bought this Toddy cold brew system a couple of months ago and it's been fantastic. I make a batch about once a week, but it'll stay fresh and tasty for up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
A cold brew set up is in your budget and makes a coffee concentrate that can be stored in the fridge for a week. I use dirt cheap coffee beans and it turns out amazing every time. Just add cold water and ice for iced coffee, or hot water for hot coffee. I love iced coffee, and this set up has been a huge time and money saver.
I only use a pound of coffee in mine at a time for small weekly batches. I have the wide mouth toddy maker from Amazon and it works far better than the filters that come with the maker. I think if the mouth of the maker was smaller it'd be a problem. I originally was going to purchase the 1/2 gallon bags but thought they'd be too much of a hassle cleaning out.
