Thanks! :) The lamp is IKEA "TERTIAL" Work Lamp with a Philips hue bulb. The monitor arm is from Amazon, it's this one. Since both of those things clamp onto the desk edge, it keeps it super clean and spacious.
You can make a card board cut out to check the size, although nothing beats a free monitor from work...
What's stopping you from using something like this: https://www.amazon.de/Monitor-Bracket-Monitors-Adjustable-Swiveling-black/dp/B01MR397OH/ ? As far as I can tell it should give you enough room to move the center display closer to you, or am I missing something?
Forgive the weird question but recently I've been using my PC from bed rather than use the chair. Would a monitor arm be able to extend far enough to match the current gap (shown in the pic) for when I'm sitting on my bed?
Apologies for the trivial question

The cheapest dual monitor arm I could find on amazon
It used to be 25€ when I bought it, I guess it was popular so they inflated the price. It's not worth 60€ at all. But it works and for 25 it's a good deal.
Only downside is you can't adjust it on the fly. You have to loosen and retighten the screws to move the monitors up and down. There are ~400€ stands that you can effortlessly move about because they are hydraulic and have a handle. Not worth it for me personally

Hey ! Here is the link for amazon spain , although it seems discontinued, https://www.amazon.es/dp/B01MR397OH/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_YJS-Fb9TJ9M52?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 . It is desk mounted and nos wall mounted, it barely fots the second row of the desk, if you could find somethin similar, i would recomend ! I would love to see your setup with the same desk to see how you pulled it of !

That's the monitor arm I use and you can either drill it to the desk or clamp it on at the back. It's nothing spectacular in terms of movement for monitors but it does the job I want.
My bad dude, may be worth investing in screen mounts to reduce strain on eyes / neck?
I’ll link some good ones on amazon.

Looking for cheap gas spring mount for ultrawide for better flexibility when simracing. Could you recommend something?
Thanks! So it's a good monitor stand if your happy with leaving them in one position, part of me wishes I just paid a little more though for a stand which allows the monitors to move a bit easier
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01MR397OH?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I'm using this one from Amazon UK and it did the job with my old 24-inch monitors.
I'm just hoping that the location for the VESA screws are on the same location for both the monitors if I decide to use the stand.
I think the stand is basic one from Amazon lol BONTEC Double Arm Stand Desk Mount Ergonomic for 13"-27" TV LCD Monitor Computer PC Screen Bracket Dual Tilt +90°/-90° | Swivel 180° | Rotate 360° | VESA Dimensions: 75x75-100x100 https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01MR397OH/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apa_i_LjpGEbDNQ46KP

I like it. It's good quality for the price. It's quite rigid though so moving the monitors is a trial and error process but apart from that it works really well. It has a desk clamp as well so I didn't have to drill any holes.
In that case, I'd recommend this one:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/1home-Double-Monitor-Computer-Bracket/dp/B01MR397OH
I have done some research when I needed a 3-screen version, got the 3-screen version of that one, was very impressed with the build quality and sturdiness.
And 24 quid incl shipping is a great price, compared to what these things cost in regular shops. :)

It's the best and cheapest solution I could find around, very clean and functional.
Find ich auf jeden Fall schon sehr cool.
Ich hab mir bei Amazon ne Monitorhalterung für meine beiden 27Zöller geholt. Ist echt noch mal was Anderes, vor allem stören die Füße der Monitore einfach nimmer.
https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B01MR397OH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Gibt gerade nen 25% Gutschein dafür. Liegste bei 42€ - Lohnt sich, die Investition :)
Und...
Mich zumindest.
I just purchased and mounted the BONTEC monitor arm for 2 monitors (https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B01MR397OH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and am super happy. Two 27 inch monitors mounted with the C clamp. One horizontal and one vertical. The build quality is amazing, cable management is solved as well. Maybe the only downside is that you cannot height adjust the monitors separately, because of the build of the arm.
All in all, great quality for the price.
I use 2 seperate mounts which are from Amazon. 1 mount holds the left and centre, the second mount holds the right monitor. Both linked below.
Cheap one from Amazon

Stands with seperate arms are bether for adjustment. But with a stand like mine you can mount the monitors closer to the wall.
I have tested a 27-inch dual arm stand, perfectly works. https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01MR397OH/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_386PVXKB36GQWNTM663G?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I’ve had that stand since 2015. It was just Amazon cheap option. Something like this. https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01MR397OH/
This one (https://www.amazon.co.uk/1home-Ergonomic-Computer-Rotation-Dimensions/dp/B01MR397OH/ref=sr_1_3?crid=1YHP7M6XC64K&keywords=monitor+arm&qid=1641204204&sprefix=monitor+arm%2Caps%2C65&sr=8-3) It's cheap and really solid but not very adjustable, I had to take apart half of one of the arms to get the 2 monitors next to each other nicely and then can't height adjust individually so depends what you're after

Yeah the swing arms seem like the best bet for me at this point.
I've actually managed find this thing and it's given me an idea: https://www.amazon.co.uk/1home-Ergonomic-Computer-Rotation-Dimensions/dp/B01MR397OH/ref=sr_1_4?dchild=1&keywords=Bracket+Pole+Mount+Double+Arm&qid=1634300802&sr=8-4
It has two plates instead of one, arms fold out from a central rod it can move up and down on, so if I can manage to fit it horizontally in the gap in the desk(or maybe under my chair even), and then have the arms swing out and hold up the throttle and stick with some velcro.
I've gotta think about whether it's OK with the rod just sticking out always since it's not telescoping or to pay a bit more for something like this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Invision-Ergonomic-Adjustable-Assisted-MX900-Black/dp/B091ZK3DPV/ref=sr\_1\_18?dchild=1&keywords=Bracket+Pole+Mount+Double+Arm&qid=1634300891&sr=8-18

Those pretty similaire like the Amazon basic :)
This one from Amazon. Pretty solid and good for it's price. The only downside is that you cannot individually alter the height. For me it did work though.

https://smile.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01MR397OH/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_A5G8MPPX6X3KW64MRHT6
The thing to watch out for is some do protrude out the back quite a way. If you want to keep the desk there & don't mind them being pretty fixed then something like this is prob best. https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01MR397OH/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_dl_JVMR1MCGREYSCSYN8BE1?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I use the ones below and love them but as I say you need clearance around the back. The benefit is the amount of adjustability. I keep them seperate for working then adjust them to overlap for gaming. Though it must be said triple monitor gaming isn't all that.
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07ZNGT8K4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_dl_A1CMYY4BN4MZA587WSXH
I sorta regret not getting an ultrawide monitor instead as Windows 10 handles side by side apps pretty well & they are better for gaming. That is your other option if you have alot of money upgrading those individual monitors to an ultrawide.
The monitors are LG 27UN83A 4K displays and the arm is from Amazon.
I can confirm that it is very comfortable

(I've taken it apart and modified it slightly. Then attached to my rig. Luckily this keyboard has screw holes aligned with that stand's monitor back plate so used some washers and attached it that way).

Hi everyone!
I currently have a Samsung U28e590D ks07 model and would like to have a dual monitor setup again. I'm thinking of using the new one as my gaming monitor since the current one looks awful in 1080p, but works fine for art in 4k. Also, I'd like to vesa-mount them to my desk and if it doesn't work out with the Samsung, I'll replace it.
144hz would be nice but if it's not in the budget hat's fine.
I'm eyeing those models, but have no idea if they actually work for me:
ASUS TUF Gaming VG25Q9 and AOC 24G2U/BK
Hey it’s this one , it’s actually a dual monitor one in case I get a second monitor in the future.
hey dude what do you think about that?

and another question is
can I change the distance of the screen from me cause from the pictures the arms seems very long
The monitor mount is off Amazon: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01MR397OH/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_w0UlDb2C2BPYR
The main monitor is ASUS ROG SWIFT PG279Q, 27 Inch and the second one is ASUS VC239H 23 Inch
It's the 1home dual monitor arm:

Samsung LS34J550WQUXEN
And a AOC, it's old so I don't remember the name, it's 1080p 60hz, bought it with my first build 5 years ago This is the mount
When I built it I had in mind only two monitors, so I bought a cheap 2 monitors arm vesa mount from amazon. I can move them around a lot, and also tilt and spin them. The vertical monitor I've just installed it a few days ago. It was an old LG 19" LCD. Dismounted it, chopped its original leg with a dremell and put a vesa mout foot I had laying around my house to turn it 90º. Reading reddit on a vertical monitor is a pleasure.

Not sure if this helps you, but here it is
I feel like a right n00b right now. Currently, I have a 24" LED monitor with a 1080p resolution, no idea what the refresh rate is. But I've decided that I want a dual-monitor setup, and I'm struggling with researching what I want, really. While I don't give a shit about 4K, I do want to be able to game at 60fps on one monitor while doing average computer things on the other, and I want it to be light enough that I can use it with this.
I feel like I don't want to necessarily downgrade from what I'm using now but I don't necessarily mind getting two smaller monitors, as it could be overwhelming to have two 24" ones.
So I'm not really sure what I'm looking for here.
No worries.
