Yeah, just standard RP-SMA antennas would screw onto the end of the cables. In the front you'd have to be sure about the size to fit under the cover, but if rear mounting you could use whatever size antennas you wanted, even really long 9dBi antennas.
For the front you might be limited to something small like these, and for the rear it's up to you, 6dBi would be a better range level, but larger.
Thanks! The cabling took a bit of planning for sure. I routed the usb, front panel IO and usb C behind the motherboard and looped then around the motherboard tray. I took out the SSD caddy and cables along with it aswell. The fan cables are also routed behind the PCIe cable and then behind the motherboard at the bottom, so a lot of the slack is hidden behind the board. For the 24pin cable I used the back side of the psu mount with the velcro straps and Velcro’d down all the slack and left enough to just wrap on the side of the psu mount to hide the gap.
The stubby antenna surprised me, I have a WiFi 6 router upstairs on the main floor and I still get 500mb down in the basement.

Here’s some pics that may help.
I initially wanted SFF Noir white antennas but they were impossible to get in Europe, so i went with these https://www.amazon.com/Omnidirectional-Bluetooth-Directional-Lightweight-Waterproof/dp/B08X45Q44Z
