I bought these a while ago and they're really great. The paper's thick enough for pens to not bleed through
I ordered these random-brand notebooks on Amazon because they were cheap...turned out to be Lemome brand notebooks, not as well-known or prized as Moleskine or Leuchtturm but still excellent, especially for the price. The paper is quite heavy and I get nearly undetectible ghosting using my fountain pens, and none at all with Tombows/fineliners/other pens.
I can't 100% guarantee that you'll get Lemome notebooks as this listing isn't really for them, but searching around you can find other (albeit more expensive), explicitly branded Lemome notebooks on Amazon if you want to be certain. I'm planning to reorder using that listing myself, I have done so 3 times and gotten the same thing every time.
Most people use Leuchtturm journals and from what I've heard they're good.
I use this one.
https://www.amazon.de/dp/B0778KGTTB/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_tvIYFbYX7246T?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 (I'm from Germany, so this might not be available everywhere). I only have problems with bleeding through if I use a very pigmented pen (e.g. Eddings) or if I use multiple layers. But with regular markers and liners I never had any problems.
I got these on Amazon. Not expensive, good quality paper (I really just use a Pilot G2 but don't notice much ghosting/bleed), lays flat, has a pocket in the back, page marker and elastic to close/do the pen trick with.
Not the BEST but for the prize it is DEFINITELY good. Dots are a bit dark for my preference but it still gas a nice look at the end. So far have used all the crayola supertip colors and a dark fine liner and it doesn't show. Pen doesn't either
Bullet Dotted Journal - 2 Pack... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0778KGTTB?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
So my favorite so far are these ones off amazon, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0778KGTTB/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_o2A1DbRTMTNT9 Comes in a 2 pack, and are cheap compared to some of the more popular ones. The pages are cream colored, and are just the perfect paper weight for me! I do a lot of random sketches and things in my journal. and these take pen and pencil really well, without being watercolor paper thick. I have used the Leuchttrum ones, but the paper is way too thin imo. There's the Oliver & Archer ones, which have thick paper and are great if you're doing watercolors and whatnot. But I personally think they're too big,. There's also Minimalist Art on amazon, they're alot like the ones I linked. But a bit thicker paper
I just bought a pack off Amazon, and have done a couple pages and there is ghosting but it's very minimal (admittedly worse with certain pens and colors) and I'm happy with it. This is my index and the ghosting from it. Pretty faint. http://imgur.com/gallery/Ft5HDYF
The brand name in the cover is Lenome, but the seller on Amazon is BooQool. Here's the link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0778KGTTB/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_XPKwBb89E46E4
I use a 2 pack journal I found on Amazon. Hardcover pleather, no numbers, and dotted, with a pocket in the back. For 14$ (so 7 a piece). The pages are thick enough that I can use my crayola supertip markers and have no bleeding, but not excessively thick. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0778KGTTB/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_q6z4BbANMTEJ2
I also have a Minimalist Art notebook. I haven't actually used this one, but the pages are thick. 100gsm. IMO, I think they'll be too thick for my liking, but it depends on what you do with your bujo. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B077Y5KDJP/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_SaA4BbCD56PP7

Thanks! I use this basic dot journal from Amazon. Pages are thick, and that's what matters most to me.
