That's a very common wifi connector, pretty much every antenna will work such as these: https://www.amazon.com/Antenna-Pigtail-Wireless-Routers-Repeater/dp/B07R21LN5P/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=wifi+antenna&qid=1606249510&s=electronics&sr=1-3

If you want the exact antenna, we're gunna need the wifi cards make/model.
Do the other ends of those wires have the same connectors that you're holding? If so, you can just buy a generic antenna and plug it in. Heres one for 8 usd.
Do your boards have an onboard antenna (part of the PCB), or just a tiny gold/white connector? If there's no PCB antenna, you'll need a connector, cable, and 2.4GHz antenna (removing the shield from the last 1.3 inches of coax works great), but those connectors can be tricky to identify. U.FL/IPEX. These work well.
So your wifi card does require an antenna, as it seems to be marketed as a replacement for a laptop wifi card, and in a laptop there would already be an antenna installed. If you look at the third picture on the amazon page you will see that there are two wires running off of the card. The plugs where those wires go are the antenna hookups. You would need to get something like this if you want to place the antenna externally, or just search up internal wifi antenna on amazon and there will be many options that go inside your case and connect to the card. In the future, I would recommend just using a PCIE card or if you are close to your router, just using ethernet.
I picked up two sets of antenna/cable https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07R21LN5P/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_F6WS843MQSTRWDRMW3RR
Fwiw I have the rest of the hardware chilling from old client sites and projects. Just looking to have one box rather than three. I have 4 wifi 5 consumer units that are running OpenWRT, DD-WRT, Fresh tomato, and Gargoyle.
Actually, I almost bought these exact antennas off of amazon.

I misplaced my antennae for wifi during a move. They looked kinda like this
Are these universal? As in can I just buy a pair off amazon and they should screw on with the same size?
And are the ones I linked good? I play games so I would like low ping. I know I will be sacrificing some compared to my wired connection but I don't want to buy some cheap crap and regret it. I've always played wired so I know very little about wifi.
I have fios if it matters (and yes the wifi network works)
Here's the one I used:

These are much longer than the one you used, but the signal is pretty good. I have a hotspot setup on this machine and it works just as good as a small router.
if you look on Amazon you want something like this. it should go on to your wifi card. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07R21LN5P/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_M8WQ4G4HY0SCR9V60QY0
It does work with 5.8ghz, BUT I swapped to a new set.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07R21LN5P/
My WIFI worked fine, but my Bluetooth was kind of weak.
So these new, bigger ones did the trick.
> not the cable that connects them together
U.FL/IPEX to RP-SMA Female Pigtail Cable
Something like this is what you're looking for.
I would guess using something like this https://www.amazon.com/Antenna-Pigtail-Wireless-Routers-Repeater/dp/B07R21LN5P/ just adapts the antenna connector on the wifi card to a plastic antenna

Would any RP-SMA antenna work? I think I have some for Cisco enterprise WAPs I can get from a buddy. Also was looking at this low cost 8db gain Amazon model: https://www.amazon.com/Antenna-Pigtail-Wireless-Routers-Repeater/dp/B07R21LN5P/ref=sr_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=RP-SMA+antennas&qid=1631898786&sr=8-5
- would it work?
I got stick antennas and it looks much better then the shark fin. But put it anywhere. This is what I'm talking about.
Those generally are pretty universal. Something like this would do it.
here you goes https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07R21LN5P
and almost forgot. there are the antennas. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07R21LN5P
I haven’t tested them beyond the fact that they function but here is the link https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07R21LN5P
Here's the antennas I just used last week, work great on both a PC and a Mac Pro using them:
There are lots of 802.11 antennas available aftermarket on Amazon etc. The problem you can run into, is the spacing of ITX motherboard 802.11 jacks, and the size of the antenna connector sleeves.

For example these:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07R21LN5P/

Are decent and cheap. Catch being the connector exterior diameter is too large for the two to thread on a Gigabyte B450 Aorus wifi. Other mainboards might be a different story. YMMV based on your motherboard.
> Perfect!
Maybe, maybe not. Those antennas have "RP-SMA Male" connectors which may or may not be what you need. Check this image for the 4 most common connectors.

> probably a couple of weeks to get here
Or get it in two days from Amazon. You can get much higher gain antennas on Amazon for a little more money.
