Thank you, I can't claim to be as hardcore about it as you are (honestly 11 days sounds impossible to me, I can barely get through 24 hrs), but it does help me. I also have no idea of the severity of your specific situation, so, obviously, your mileage may vary. But I do hope that you find the cure you're looking for.
The actual 70% number might be from the book DrKole mentioned - this one by Sergey Filonov, but I can't be sure. I know I've seen it thrown around here and there on the interwebs, but I can't be sure of the source. It might be in this interview, I can't remember. Give it a look-see if you have time on your hands while you're fasting.
Again - good luck, and please be careful and listen to your body. I once compared water fasting to a hammer, because it's a tool that can be used to build a house or knock someone over the head. Using the same analogy, I would compare dry fasting to a nail gun - it is also a tool, but a much more powerful one. Which means that it can either help you build your house much more quickly and efficiently, or it can kill someone if used recklessly.
Dr Filonov says dry fasting increases metabolism. I suggest getting his book. It gives very detailed descriptions of the bodily processes in all phases of dry fasting.
