The ceiling in my garage is 11ft and I use this bike hoist. Bikes' rear wheels have around 6 ft clearance, front around 5'9".

you could get a pulley system like this, or some ramps to wheel it up clamp it and remove them, maybe a lever to lift it into place or motor cycle lifts? people been lifting things heavier than themselves with simple machines for a long time. the motorized lift stands are about 3k if you got the money for it.
