You could try
Or , alternatively, using a night brace/night splint on your foot/ankle. The theory on these is that your blankets or sleeping position points your toes, shortening the tissues in your calves and bottoms of your feet, and your body primarily heals while you're sleeping. Using a night brace puts your calves and feet in a more neutral position, allowing your body to heal in a more lengthened position, reducing the pain and reinjury first thing in the morning to the newly healed tissues.
The trick with these is to NOT use the night brace in a way that feels like a stretch-a few minutes in a very stretched position will put you in considerable pain.
Strap it on your feet in a fairly neutral, comfortable setting, and you'll still probably want to kick it off in the middle of the night (and it's okay to do that)

These are often marketed for plantar fasciitis, but good for gastroc/soleus as well
