Kershaw Clash. It's got the finger assist on the rear of the blade that you like. Kershaws are solid knives for the price; I've got several and they all work well enough.
ive been carrying a kershaw clash for about 5 years now. Its durable, holds a wonderful edge, very ergonomic, and it just looks and feels right to me.
They MSRP in the $40s but you can find them at Big 5 or Amazon in the $20's. Ive owned probably 5 or 6 of these. Had one confiscated by police before a NFL game (duh-my bad), had one taken out of my carry on at the airport, gave one to my brother. I keep one in my car and keep one for EDC.
