I proof them in a silicone donut mold (amazon link). And bake them at 425F for 13 minutes or until starting to brown. https://www.amazon.com/Nonstick-Silicone-Measures-Dishwasher-Microwave/dp/B07GPJ5XNX/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=silicone+donut+mold&qid=1611085615&sr=8-2 Edit: I switch to dough hook after butter has been added, yes.
Ooooh that’s so neat! These are too big for my air fryer. Here they are
I've done them a couple times now. I do a batch of 3-4 fuelings to make the hassle worth it. Sprinkle with Everything Bagel seasoning prior to putting in the oven if you like.

From one of the Optavia FB communities:
Recipe: 1 fueling, 2 Tbs egg whites, 3 Tbs of water, 1/4 tsp of baking powder
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min!
Cut in half and toast, spread 1 Laughing Cow Lite = 1 condiment
I use this mold from Amazon!
