You got $18 to spare? I don't know how bad the dealership is trying to bend you over on this one, but throw in a few microfiber towels and a little of your time and you too can have paint protection as fine as the lowest paid guy on the lot can provide.
I've been a total ceramic-fa* since I got my '18 hatch.
303 Beyond Ceramic is great on the body, trim, & wheels. Everything beads off & I can use a micro-clot & spray bottle to prolong the cleanliness, even on wheels.

Often available at Walmort, Mother's Ceramic & prep. The prep gives the ceramic a little more to hold onto, so for about 30 bucks & some micro fiber cloths, you can do your whole car.

I, too have experienced a dusty hatch & maybe the stock exhaust contributes, being sort of set in under the car a bit, but a daily wipe with a spray bottle of water keeps it clean.

Can't speak for the professional ceramic treatment, but could be even better & longer lasting, worth a shot if you don't have time/motivation to do it yourself, but honestly, was amazed when I tried it on trim & rims, works so well & so easy to clean. I am gratefully fortunate to park in a garage at home & open air garage at work, so that helps.
Since I purchased a 2018 3 Touring Hatchback, I began using Mother's CMX. Love it, could even use it on the alloy wheels. Went to 303 & could use it on the trim, rims & even tires. I agree, ceramic is great at keeping the car able to dust off easily, I keep a spray bottle near & will use a little water & some microfiber & she shines up great.
Didn't notice much on the tires, though. Awesome on trim & even glass.

I used to use Lucas Slick Mist, but the slightly more expensive ceramic, & particularly, the 303 Graphene Nano, I really like.
I used to have a Liquid Glass preference back in the day, but for the money, I much prefer the ceramic with it's general ease of application, at least on a new car, that's white. <3
