honestly I am not sure about waterless washing, so I cant tell you. What I can tell you is its almost always better to use spotless water when detailing a car because spotless water doesnt leave behind any calcium or other minerals.
my generator is a centurion with 3250 watts of power. It gives me more watts than I need but I am fine with that because I'd rather be able to run two things at once no matter what.
The wax I use is like a 2-3 in one product. It cuts into the microscratches to remove them, polishes, and leaves a wax all in one. I recommend you start with something that is just a straight up wax. It sounds like you have this wax

If thats true you picked a good one, its just wax.
the 3d tire dressing is not diluted at all, the directions dont say to so I dont. I use it straight up. And No I do not use it on trim because it doesn't apply for as long as other products. Although, It does "do the job". For Trim I really Suggest some Chemical Guys Silk Shine. This is an all around good product that is probably a little easier to apply than the tire shine on trim.
I use silk shine on interior/exterior trim and vinyl. It doesnt wipe off and it leaves protection for what you apply it on. Protection from UV rays and color fading. Also It last throughout washes and doesnt just wash off, nor does it wipe off like tire shine does. And Its literally made for trim.
and the bottle seems to last forever, a little goes a long way.
For engine cleanings, I just cover the alternator on the car and look for loose wires (If it looks like a wire is exposed than I'll cover it). 1. I soak the whole engine bay in degreaser on a cold engine (even though many guys say to clean an engine while its warm, Ive read its not so great on the car) . I let the degreaser sit for maybe 30-60 seconds.
I pressure wash out the whole engine bay and this usually has the engine bay looking pretty freaking new.
I'll wipe off any remaining residue/dirt/grease with a disposable towel.
I dry off main surfaces on top and any surface I will be putting a dressing on.
I apply a non-silicone dressing. Silicone is flamable, and although the risk is small for a fire, safe is way better than sorry especially with someone else's car.
