I used this one and it has been fairly reliable https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07TKKPTL3/ref=ppx\_yo\_dt\_b\_search\_asin\_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I paired it with a SIM card from T-Mobile that cost me $5 per month and an SD card. This one can show currently what is happening as well as record whenever there is any motion.
Took me 10 seconds to search for solar Celluar security cameras.

I did not bother doing more research.
I have installed - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07TKKPTL3/ and it has worked pretty fine. Easy install.
Reolink 3G/4G LTE Solar-Powered
4G Solar Security camera kit.
There are a lot of solar powered outdoor cameras but what you are going to run into is connectivity problems with the wifi between the driveway entrance and the home's wifi... so you will most likely need a directional antenna. You might need one on both the house and the camera so you would want a camera with detachable antenna that would allow you to mount a directional antenna and use a small cable to connect it to the camera.
your other option is a GSM Trail Camera or GSM Security Camera and that would depend on your cell signals in the area.
so very quickly in that case something like the reolink 4g solar camera would work
but yes you need a subscription... its not cheap.. but your situation is not normal urban suburban security
I have not used this camera it could totally suck but its the direction you're probably going to be looking if you want remote security monitoring.
