Yes, I purchased 3M Clear Paint Protection Bulk Film. It's cheaper than most bike specific paint protectors and since it's made by 3M I assume it's high quality.
I'd pick up some of this 3M Paint Protection
and cut to size for your application. I use it on all the cable contact points on my frames and have for years. It'd work perfect for your application.

Also, full disclosure I was going to run some hill and speed tests versus a carbon GT with /u/Mr_Mahal before selling it just because we're both solid riders and he's making comparison videos. We'd be putting some of this Bra stuff:

Ideally we would film on Saturday night or potentially thursday night if we can get comfortable with our boards enough to go full speed by then and if weather permits. unfortunate time for rain in this area lol.
Also for the test drive, I'd like you to either bring the $1050 for me to hold and sit there watching/helping you test ride or something like your phone & wallet as collaterall, just so you don't turn out to be a BB pro and ride off into the sunset :P

I have that bike. Be careful with the cables on the front of the frame, they will scratch the paint.

That is way too expensive. Buy 3M Scotchgard and cut it to fit.
Here is the one I used. Honestly I don’t care what paint you have gravel dust will scratch anything. Good luck.

I just used clear paint protection film on my painted fiberglass fenders. I never got any chips on mine. It was something like this:
