My system isn’t loud enough to do any sever damage quickly. And I dont bump it every day maxed out. I used the basic once you can get at any store.

They dim it down enough where I don’t feel stress on eardrums.
Ear plugs (I’m a woman and I like these, I wear them nightly. All the others I’ve tried hurt my ears)
A comfortable eye mask to block out light
Death Grips is gonna be my first concert, but when I worked in a factory surrounded constantly surrounded by industrial grade nail guns (usually right next to my ear), table saws and beeping forklifts for 8 hours a day, a normal set like these was perfectly good for the job. I'd imagine they might even be a little overkill for a concert, but I guess what I'm saying is don't stress it much, because most sets you find will do okay.
I personally use these 3M ear plugs with these Walker's Razor electronic earmuffs over them. This setup works great for shooting a 556 ar15 in an indoor range, so it should be good for anything else. The thing I like about these earmuffs is that when you turn the mics on, it allows you to hear what's around you while also muffling the gunshots, you can also just turn that off and it'll work like normal earmuffs.
I've used these before, I bet you could find somewhere that sells less of them together if you look hard enough. https://www.amazon.com/3M-Personal-Protective-Equipment-Earplugs/dp/B008MCTLJE/ref=sr_1_47?keywords=foam%2Bear%2Bplugs&qid=1552087966&s=gateway&sr=8-47&th=1&psc=1
