Don't overthink it. Just buy 2" cloth medical tape. But you shouldn't be taping your fingers if you don't have an injury. Won't help anything if your fingers are healthy.
Aside from everyone else suggesting some sort of lubricant, or body glide stuff, I've also used bandage tape in the past. Stick it on both legs at the contact patch and the tape will rub instead of your skin.

I could not accommodate to a full ace mask, so I use (for over a decade now) nasal pillows, and I tape my mouth shut with 3M Medipore tape (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B003MWUKI0). I also have a strict bedtime routine because I worry about my chompers: regular floss, water flosser, brush, tongue scraper.
