I feel your pain. Try going to a hobby store and get some matching paint and clear coat to fill it in.
I preemptively applied 3m vinyl tape on almost all over my bike including my forks to anticipate the paint damage. It's not too late...saved my bike plenty of times.
ABSOLUTELY!
Heck, give them a call now! For context, you’ll usually get the sales team when calling, not service. I can only contact service through the app.
If you have a local store at a mall, those will usually be the ones picking up the phone locally.
Definitely install those mudflaps. I did both of my Ys and it took like 2 minutes per side because I stopped to clean the area. I also bought this film from Amazon and custom made my own PPF for the door sills.

Sounds like a dealer install. Probably 3M Scotchguard Film or something very similar

I don't know too much about invisiframe specifically, but I bought some 3M protective film to put on my Capra. You'd have to cut it to fit on your own, but if you want a cheaper option and/or just want to cover key areas like the downtube, that could be another option. This is what I bought:

I haven't had it for too long, so I can't give any long-term feedback, but it seems good so far. The glossy stands out a little bit, so you might want to go for matte, but depending on the matte finish that might also show a bit. I mostly put the film on stuff facing down or back, so I think it's fine for me.
That's my two cents as a self taught DIY mechanic. Have fun shreding!
The bottoms are the hardest to clean, everything else a quick wash will fix. But since the carbons have a very light sole and all 350s have the exposed white boost in the bottom, the best thing to do is apply so sole protectors. You can buy pre cut sole shields but to save you some money you can get the same exact 3M film they use from here on Amazon for $24 that allows you to do up to 12 shoes. You just also need a heat gun (this one is $20) to apply the film properly to the bottom of the soles. Also some clear Skate Deck grip tape ($10) is good for preventing you slipping, just cut a small strip on the back (heel) and front (toes) of the bottom of your shoes.
