thats my thought. $20 to help out. I had mine shut off once. Bought the series X the month after it came out. Have played tons of hours on it. Never had any shutdown issues except playing dying light 2 on quality. The only issue I have is the series X doesnt have enough usb ports. Once you hook in a wireless mic receiver, external hard drive and the controller to charge, you have no more usb ports. Ive seen this but have not tried it or used it. xbox series x usb hub I liked the fan I listed above so much I actually bought one for my denon home theater receiver as it's in a tight space inside a entertainment cabinet.
