Completely echo what's been said about light. Of course we can't see what light source is behind the camera, but this corner does look pretty dark (from the picture you've posted). In my experience, monsteras are pretty tolerant of most light conditions, meaning they will *survive* in most light levels, BUT if you want it to thrive and put out fenestrated leaves, the more light the better. Mine is directly in a south-facing window (I'm in the US northeast, so that's not exactly a south-facing window in somewhere like Arizona where heat could potentially scorch the leaves) and each new leaf is more fenestrated than the last. If moving it isn't an option, could you get it a grow light? (note that you don't have to spend a ton of money to get something that would help - you can buy a decent bulb for about $10 or even get a pack of T5 tubes like these which are relatively low cost to run every day and my plants love them :) )
Sure! These are shop lights that i bought from amazon but you can just buy them from anywhere they have to have at least these 2 numbers 6500 k and 2200 lm
6 Pack LED Shop Light 4FT, T5 Integrated Single Fixture, 22W, 2200lm, 6500K Super Bright White, Linkable Shop Light, Utility Shop Lights, Corded Electric with Built-in ON/Off Switch https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07XQDP5X9/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_Y1W2JZAHR2W3GNVZ958N?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Even for lettuces, I believe you'll want more strips.
Because of the cost, I suggest you look to a Chinese site such as Alibaba, for prebuilt panels. If you do a search of the forum, using Alibaba as the search term, you'll find recommendations.
I use six LED shop light strips for my 18"x48" grow area.
Here are some details about the environment if it helps:
Pots - well draining, mix of plastic and terracotta
Lights - Amazon link, 6 inches above the plants
Fertilizing - none
Soil - A mix of reused soil, sand, and pea gravel
Temperature - 65 degrees all day and night
Species - I have no clue
Watering - whenever they show signs of dehydration
If there's any more information I can provide to help figure out what the problem is, just ask.

For when you do start buying equipment, I recommend checking lights out on Amazon before going to a hardware store or somewhere like that. I started with these lights and haven't had any issues with them so far. You could get a cheap $30-50 rack from Home Depot (i wouldn't use Amazon for racks unless you're confident on the brand/seller - they were all too expensive or sketchy for me lol) and either run three lights on two shelves or two lights on three shelves. Its crazy how fast you can scale upward!
Good luck with your future grows!
I'm using these lights, from Amazon actually.
I have a timer set for 7:45am - 10:15(ish)pm.
I got these recently for half price as an Amazon lightning deal (they were on my wishlist, so I got a notification when they went on special)
I'm absolutely thrilled with them for the price. They're 4' long, which is longer than most shelving units
I think the set I bought for the top was:
6 Pack LED Shop Light 4FT, T5 Integrated Single Fixture, 22W, 2200lm, 6500K Super Bright White, Linkable Shop Light, Utility Shop Lights, Corded Elect https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07XQDP5X9/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apip_JCQFWL4zmNi3l
And for the bottom:
Barrina LED Shop Light, 40W 5000LM 5000K, 4FT Integrated Fixture, V Shape,T8 Light Tube, Daylight White, Clear Cover, Hight Output, Strip Lights Bulb for Garage Warehouse Workshop Basement (Pack of 6) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07G2Q4VZN/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_i_jA0.FbME2476J?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
This six-pack of four-foot LED lights were (are) worth their weight in gold, highly highly suggest (very easy installation too): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07XQDP5X9/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
6 Pack LED Shop Light 4FT, T5... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07XQDP5X9?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share I got these from Amazon, and I have them on a timer I think for about 8hrs right now
So, I used this guide from the YouTube channel “On The Grow” as a template for what I ended up making:
They are a microgreens company, but I modified it slightly for microgreens and seed starts.
“On The Grow” breaks down all the equipment, prices, and construction! They even have some amazon links to the equipment, which made it easy for me to get my setup going.
I used the same lights they mentioned, as well as these ones for the top portion:
6 Pack LED Shop Light 4FT, T5 Integrated Single Fixture, 22W, 2200lm, 6500K Super Bright White, Linkable Shop Light, Utility Shop Lights, Corded Elect https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07XQDP5X9/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apip_JCQFWL4zmNi3l
Even though the cheaper top lights aren’t as bright, I like that they fit better into the space. I can also put three lights to a shelf instead of two.
Look at what Amazon turns up for LED Shop Lights. These are awesome (light, easy to install, super bright) and cheap: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07XQDP5X9/ref=ppx\_yo\_dt\_b\_search\_asin\_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I meant these, sorry you’ll have to search for a similar item that’s in stock. https://www.amazon.com/Hykolity-Integrated-Upgraded-Linkable-Electric/dp/B07XQDP5X9 there are tons of them all under different names but same basic product.
I use these in all my garages https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07XQDP5X9/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Using these linkable LED bars . They are cheap, but very bright and effective. Would recommend.

I'm using these right now and they work great for the price.
Most LED shop light setups will work for greens. I can't speak about the one you linked to, but this is what I'm currently using for my greens setup, in roughly the same space.

The worst thing that can happen is you kill the plants with too concentrated a solution.
I've been growing greens for some time because I grew tired of seeing contaminated Romain and Spinach recalls. Occasionally I loose some plant, but as I change varieties every week we're rarely out of greens. An 18" x 48" area will allow one to grow more greens than my wife and I are willing to eat. My kratky containers are 5 gallon kitty litter buckets. They are HDPE, so "food safe". I use any of the "grow" nutrient concentrates or the "Part A" or "Part 1" of the multiple concentrate families. Your local hydroponics shop can fix you up with what you need, but they can be slightly confusing as they carry so many varieties that all work.
For lighting, most any of the LED shop lights will work. I've worn out one set of LED lights, so far. I'm currently using these, from Amazon.

I might get a grow light or find it a spot with more light...if not brighter, then maybe more hours a day. A bunch of mine were not getting enough light and I bought some super cheap lights on Etsy "to get me by" until I was able to get more of the expensive red/blue grow lights...but they ended up being so awesome that I took down the expensive lights I had and got more of these because they not only were enough, but they brought out the stress colors in my succs and were lighter and not hot. I got the 4' ones in packs of 10 (linked below), but they sell them in singles on Amazon, and in 2' lengths. Not sure if they sell them any shorter than that.
Yeah, that's kinda what I was thinking. Something like this and then depending on whether there are existing junction boxes or not, I'd install these junction boxes where the existing wires come out of the ceiling. Then I'd either need to use a cover like this with the little hardwired pigtails and regular 1/2" NM clamps, or something like this with a regular outlet, and use the cord that comes with them.
