I mean I've got the 5.1 going via the home theater setup, but when I'm racing against others usually I'm on my Corsair H2100s anyway. I'd love to mount speakers to it and such, but I want to keep it light enough to drag into the corner when I'm not using it.
Now graphics on the other hand.... A guy at work has offered to lend me his Rift DK2 for a bit now that I've completed my rig, so I'll be excited to see how it compares to triple screens.
Have you already bought the Turtle beach? How much are you spending? For around 100, You can get these. I have them and highly recommend them. If you want a wired version it's $65.
I'm looking for a durable headset. My current headset was a cheap $15 one and it died on me within 2 months. The cable twisted and I can't hear anything.
Is a usb cable headset more durable than a 3.5mm one? Or is it the same thing? What about wireless headsets? I'm willing to spend upto $90 if a wireless headset is the most durable out of the three. Was looking at Corsair h2100.
Headset should have a mic as well, if that was not clear. I'd rather spend a bit more on a quality product than spend a few bucks every couple of months.
You won't go wrong with Logitech, I have never had a bad experience with that brand, so echoing other posters here!
I personally am using the Corsair H2100 Wireless and have only good things to say about it as well.
