Step up your flavor game and get some legit spices from Penzey's or Myspicesage.com, it is really amazing how much of a difference it makes when you're cooking. If you're still using pre-ground black pepper, get some of those tellicherry black peppercorns and a pepper grinder, I'm partial to this one because it is cheap, the output is high, and the grind adjustment works pretty well. I've had mine for about 2 years now without issue.
I have one of these OXO grinders. It's a stand alone grinder, not something that screws onto jars, but it's very easy to fill and empty. You could store your spices in jars with a shape and size that you like and then just use this to grind the amount of each that you need.
I have the OXO Good Grips pepper mill with a proper crank and I'll never go back to a "fancy" pepper mill. [link]
Since you already have a couple nice ones, I would suggest cracking the Tellicherries manually with a mallet or rolling pin before adding them to the mill. However, the OXO one can't be beat for the price and ease of use, IMO.
There's nice looking pepper grinders and there are high functioning pepper grinders. One or the other is pretty cheap, but to get both features in one grinder is expensive. I have this one and will buy another one when it breaks:
