No it doesn't come with one. Any HDMI should work just fine for your TV but if you're worried you can just get an HDMI 2.1 cable (shield uses HDMI 2.0b connection) and not have to worry about it.

I have a couple of Apple TV 4K units. One started to misbehave, spontaneously restarting the TV. I replaced it with this cable and the problem has disappeared. You might need to upgrade your HDMI Cables. I recommend Ultra HDMI to be sure with 48 Gps like these. (I have a 4k60 Pro that I run from in a 2 PC setup)

You have to run HDMI to HDMI. You can't use HDMI to Display port. That is your problem.

Also, make sure that your HDMI Cables are Ultra HD 8k that will do 4k at 120 with 48 Gps Something like this:

Good luck. The thing with cables is the version numbers don't matter - just that its a good quality cable. Also price doesn't mean anything (i.e. more expensive doesn't matter unless buying very long HDMI cables). So long as it is rated for 18gbps you will be good.
