I plan to leave our tv where it is, but I do plan to mod the dvd/radio cabinet as it does take up more space than it needs, could allow for storing remotes and ipod to the side of it. Also - i'm either gonna add a bluray player or at least swap the existing dvd player for one that has an HDMI port so that the pic quality on the tv can be better.
storage around the murphy bed is plenty for our needs - we don't even use it all and you will have better options in the newer version. kids clothes we put in bottom half of pantry. top half of pantry has so far been plenty food storage for us (our longest trip has been 8 days). cabinet above sink holds all of our plates, bowls, measuring cups, mugs, drinking cups (family of 4).
