the Science in one city advanced enough to give people suprepowers, but those people don't know that the Magic exist in their world and some people use magic.. this series is the ultimate battle between Science and Magic and a hero that have a power that negates both superpower!!
How good it is? I read fan translation of it, before it got localized and loved it so much that I'm willing to get the "printed" copy... and that's talking about the first volumes which are nothing compared to the awesomeness of the current ones in japan.
