The old Folio Society edition (the one in a slipcase) of A Christmas Carol is beautiful. It’s out of print now but I managed to pick it up secondhand for about £15 from eBay so it’s worth keeping an eye out.

The Calla edition is also really lovely. Again, a good mix of colour and black & white illustrations.
