You are rehashing what I said earlier (and don't understand it). Yes genes work at the individual level, I said that and that's where you hit it from. You glossed over the fact that different populations have different frequencies of genes. It would be unlikely for a European to have sickle cell. It would be unlikely for the best sprinter in the world to be East Asian. Why? Because different populations have different frequencies of genes. That said, it very well could be true that in the best sprinter in the world lives among the billion of so Chinese, even though the chances of it are infinitesimally small. If you were a betting man a wiser choice for picking the group with the best sprinter in the world would be west Africans. Why? Because a west African is more likely to have the traits needed to become a champion sprinter. Are all west Africans fast? Obviously not. But as a population they are more likely to have the traits required to be good at it. The same is true with behavior and intelligence. This is obviously more controversial because of the sensitivity of the issue, but as I've said, every one of the traits I've listed does contribute toward criminal behavior. I suggest you read:

It's an interesting theory that the Kevin Mitchell lays out, it is probably correct about some things like why do have a biological limit in intelligence but it's not sufficient. I think fatal flow of this theory is that it assumes the environment selects for the highest intelligence in every case. That's just my guess. Either way the real world data doesn't correspond with it. In my opinion liberal author and editor of the NY times Nicholas Wade wrote the best book of the subject. It includes both theory and data.

Have you heard the PhDs that argue against your preconceived notions on race? There’s a lot of propaganda against the concept of race in science because of it’s misuse to justify racism in the past. It’s is very taboo and therefore discouraged. The main imperatives against it are, however, political and social. This makes scientists shy away from evidence that does indeed prove that distinct races exist. The differences are fairly superficial but they do exist. Sub-Saharan Africans have different body morphology than Europeans say- they have evolved and adapted in different climates. It’s why blacks have more melanin, longer limbs, less bodily hair and smaller skulls. There’s a reason why the majority of professional runners and basketball players are black.. These differences are genetic, self-evident and it is what constitutes different races. They are not very consequential and the social aspect, like you said, has been overblown and abused. However the evidence, no matter how taboo it might be, speaks for itself.

Thank you for replying. I appreciate you doing me the respect of that. The problems I have with this approach are the following:
Europeans have shown the ability to integrate. People from other parts of the world, less so. Even blacks who have been here for hundreds of years have not done so, and there is a serious problem with crime, urban decay, and social problems attributable to this that aren't seen on the same scope as even other groups despite blacks being here much longer and having more advantages than many of these impoverished immigrants. Similar problems can be seen likewise in Latin immigration.

I realize he would get laughed out of the safe-space of academia. Studying the links of racial genetics and intelligence is the most taboo and unsavory field of study that any scientist could ever pursue. They won't acknowledge that evolution has been recent, copious, and regional because the drive for political equality has mutated into the insanity of believing in literal human sameness. Historically the push for political equality did not rely on literal human sameness, so really there isn't a problem here, but we're at a stage where pointing out real differences between different groups of humans hurts people's fee fees.

I'm not a politician, and I have not been in public policy development for some time, but I am sure this topic would be a politician's worst nightmare. See how Nobel prize winner James Watson was treated for stating what the #Science clearly shows. IQ tests are a touchy subject by themselves; I have very liberal friends who blast them as being racist, up to the moment their own kids in well to do white neighborhoods score "very high" on them. Then they're all about the accuracy of the IQ test. When I've pointed this out to them, they'll pause, the light bulb will go off, then they'll grimace in the pain of their hypocrisy. It's not often a very liberal person sees their own hypocrisy, and it's a good opportunity to teach. But, "mandatory" as a public policy? Don't know how you could do that, or even if you'd want to do that. As I say in my original comment, you'd only need to preselect a handful of known trouble spots throughout the nation.

? How would that be redefining? Races became distinct due to the fact that our ancestors adapted and evolved in environments they found themselves in. No one disputes that. These traits are passed to us today. African parents don't start having white children after they moved to Sweden. Chinese people don't have black children just because they go to Africa and have a baby there. Their children are the same race as their parents, and their ancestors before them. This is obvious to any third-grader. Do I need to produce a peer reviewed paper before you believe it? Or simply go to Africa and find out for yourself.
BTW, on page 19, even your article grudgingly acknowledged that the "ancestry categories" pretty much correspond with what most people think of as race.

It's interesting that Prof. Gill (who is a renowned expert in skeletal identification) states "Slightly over half of all biological/physical anthropologists today believe in the traditional view that human races are biologically valid and real." And interestingly, this was written in 2000, just before DNA tests that identify race became amazingly accurate and threw the Anthro community in turmoil.
