Its definitely a little flimsy I ordered additional stakes
A lot of people hate on cheaper tents like coleman or ozark trails (walmart) but i have used both brands in harsh weather in alaska without issue before I got nicer tents. My ozark trail tent was used for 6 or 8 years before I finally upgraded. But for the price and your use you would likely be fine with a tent like that. Biggest downside is sometimes problamatic quality control and seam sealing.
Basically all tents come with stakes but they are often pretty flimsy. Spike stakes are sturdy and can be driven in to most types of ground. For a nicer stake, 8 or so of the MSR ground hogs would be good too.
One thing to keep in mind, if you ever plan on having someone else in the tent with you you might want a 3 person tent, with a two person tent you will be shoved up against each other.
Some tents to consider (keep in mind that tents are still in fairly high demand):
Coleman Hooligan - $60 at dicks. Full coverage rainfly with a vestibule will likely be good for future camping trips, may have issues with seam sealing though (quality control issues)
APS mountaineering aries 3 - $174 at REI - 3 person tent that seems decent.
Ozark trails 3 person dome tent - $25 at walmart, you cant get much cheaper than that. It will probably be fine if you arent expecting rain or high winds but thats about all I can say about it.
Bass Pro 2 person tent - $40 at bass pro/cabelas - probably not much better than an ozark trails or coleman dome tent but what reviews it has are decent.
