Also right after I complete my routine I have this pillow from Abcosport pillow that’s really made for in-between your legs, but it’s has the perfect U shape to rest my head in with pillows behind it so my head is propped up until after it dries.
Oh god no. Don't. It will press against your abdomen and thus your ovaries - greatly increasing your chance of a rupture. When you're laying down, in my experience, lay on your side try a pillow between your knees or beside you with your leg thrown over it. I actually used one of these.
