Great reviews. All locks will be cuttable but this one is light and strong and does the job.
kryptonite chain with Evo lock is great, but for lighter ulock check out the abus ulocks.
I recently asked about ulocks or many cheaper locks and the consensus is to use strong ulocks so I would go with these.
