I use three locks on my bike. One of them is this one. Yes it's a pain, but I have an expensive e-bike.

2M of this this guy, paired with this guy. I keep it in a small harbor freight canvas bag, just throw it on the back rack when I go anywhere. Only ~15lbs and nobody is getting it easy.
