I use this to hang my lights, I find I can get them right where needed. I'm using two MH FC-E6500s in an 8x4 and two SP-3000s in a 5x5. I vent my tents to outside the room. the only restrictions I have to height is my exhaust fan and filter and frankly it's no big loss, if need be I could always move them outside the tent.
