There’s better ways to go now that I’m 3months in. If I were you I’d opt for building your own setup. AC Infinity CLOUDLAB 642 Advance Grow Tent, 48”x24”x72” Thickest 1 in. Poles, Highest Density 2000D Diamond Mylar Canvas, 4x2 for Hydroponics Indoor Growing https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08MNSYN21/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_8TE3SV2MZWGVBNMSF6NP?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Get at least a 2x4, you'll thank me. A 2x2 will likely get you 2 or 3 oz if all goes well on your first run. 3 months minimum for 2 or 3 Oz. Not sure how much you smoke but that barely felt worth the effort to me.
I'm going to link Amazon links but feel free to check out your local grow stores and other websites so as not to support
Get some random super tiny $10 fan from Walmart for below Canopy as well Light middle of the road. Do not skimp on this. This is like the lowest quality Light I'd recommend. Do not get a cheaper one lmao.
If you need a dehumidifier or humidifier, get one for the lung room rather than wasting Tent space.
Humidifier Get a reptile fogger with a hose attached so you can leave it outside of the tent and blow the fog into the tent.
Dehumidifier, get one rated for the size of the room the tent will go in. Your exhaust fan will cause that drier air to be pulled into the tent as it exhausts your moist air.
You need pots. What kind will depend on what style of growing you go for. You need to choose if you'll be going the organic soil route, hydroponic, soil-less, further equipment will depend on the style you chose.
Almost most importantly you need a clean source of water. Check your local water quality reports to make sure your water is not contaminated, highly chlorinated (especially with chloramine), fluoridated, or salty. If your tap water has good reports you can use it otherwise you need filters, or to source your water externally, I use the primo machines at Walmart and other grocery stores.

This is an awesome tent. My buddy has one and I plan on upgrading to one soon as well:
And this would be a great light to go with that tent:
Then you want to grab yourself some fabric pots, a 6 inch inline fan and a carbon filter and you should pretty much be good to go. Probably would be good to grab a pair of small clip on fans for inside your tent as well.
