Anything worthwhile is probably going to be too bright to have it in the open like that. If you got the money, check out a lil grow tent/light combo.

About $190 for both, plants will go crazy. Both very reliable pieces. Winter became the best season for my indoor plants, lol.

You can get some of the cheaper full spectrum LEDs, they will look white to yellowish. They'll come in strips, lamps, bulbs, etc, and be around 20-40w. Won't support what you have there. Will need multiple lights.

Lastly, you can get some CFL, which aren't very powerful, but easier on the eyes.
