Honestly your aim doesn't seem bad to me and your movement is good. I play on Xbox too and play at 4 hip fire and 3 ads. I switched to small deadzone instead of none this season and also bought an AceShot Thumbstick Extension. All this helped a ton. Brought my avg. Damage and KD up from 590 and 1.8 respectively to 670 and 2.25. Turning on small deadzone helped the most I think. Aim was super twitchy at close range before due to overcorrecting when trying to hit a strafing target. But the AceShot definitely helps a ton too.
They slow down your aim and make it more precise so yes they can be good for those that would like that sort of thing. Kontrolfreeks are pretty bad though, mine only lasted a few months(maybe 300 hours of playtime)before the plastic wore down and was unusable. These ones are way more affordable and have lasted me over 2 years(4500 hours of playtime) and have remained the same quality throughout that time and feel wayy better overall. Cant beat $10 for a 8 pack that will literally last 1000s of hours
Why the 15 on the center deadzone for the right stick? Seems to me like a waste of potential skill development to reduce that artificially considering that your not doing it due to stick drift.
I know someone else suggested it but that having that setting that high just removes the subtle inputs of the right stick which to me seems like something of a skill to develop.
Another option for you would be to throw some kontrol freeks on your sticks. If you aren’t familiar, these extend the stick height and thus the amount of variation available for aiming.
I use these
For what it’s worth, the rest of your settings seem good. I do the lowest amount of deadzone on the left stick to remove drift, 15 for left stick max input to make full strafing happen quicker and the last setting for the x and y thing just reduces the amount of variation between vertical movement when going horizontally and horizontal movement when moving vertically. Lots of people seem to misunderstand this setting.
Thus for the right stick I do zero for deadzone since the stick drifts but not enough to matter plus I’m constantly aiming at something and zero for input sensitivity to give my aim a ton of variability and zero for the last setting (although again this is somewhat irrelevant in my mind).
I also do 4 accel, 6 horizontal, 6.5 vert for sens settings.
I use 4 look and 3 ADS sensitivity with small deadzone and classic response curve. Before I think I was playing at 5 look 4 ADS with deadzone off. With deadzone off my aim was super twitchy at close range. I would really struggle to hit a strafing target at close range because I would always overcorrect. Turning on deadzone solved that and thats when my damage went up an avg of 100 per game or so. I became much more consistent at close range.
I also bought a thumbstick extension to make the look stick half an inch longer or so to make it easier to aim.
These are the extensions I bought.
I used to run KontroFreeks on all my 360 control pads, but found similar items on Amazon that accomplish the same thing for much less. I got a set like these on my X1 https://www.amazon.com/AceShot-Lizard-Silicone-Precision-Antislip-Controller/dp/B00JQMV3F4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1516120552&sr=8-1&keywords=xbox+one+stick+extenders
Found them on Amazon here:

But just got these in the mail and would recommend them the first. They just feel a bit more snug and secure.

I've tried several caps and those fit the best for me.
Ever try these? They're made for Xbox One sticks, but I'm sure they could fit the Vita, as videos about using Xbox One covers on the Vita were up. The ones I use can't be found anymore. I don't know what happened.

In the end, there are still much cheaper options on eBay!
I like the low domed ones in this set
After being a loooong time user of KontrolFreek grips on the 360, as well as picking up the "vortex" set for my Xbox one, I made the switch to some other thumbstick grips made by Foamy Lizard. I'm never looking back. I thought KontrolFreeks were overpriced ($15-$20 for one set??). The AceShot grips from Foamy Lizard are 1/2 the price and I enjoy them much more.
I HIGHLY recommend these to anyone looking for some thumbstick grips. http://www.amazon.com/AceShot-Silicone-Precision-Platform-Anti-slip-Controller/dp/B00JQMV3F4/ref=sr_1_sc_1?s=videogames&ie=UTF8&qid=1447961768&sr=1-1-spell&keywords=foamylizard+thumbstick&pebp=1447961770051&perid=0TEFFVVEMW...
I don't think they're the same.
There are specific thumb grips for the Xbox 360 and Xbox One controllers.
I have both and the 360 thumb grips are too loose on an Xbox One controller.
