I actually like Citadel paints but like everyone else said, the pots are annoying.
An option, if you are like me:
I took a combination of medium thinner and airbrush thinner to each pot and transferred them into plastic eye dropper bottles (find them on Amazon for like $12 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01F73QCJM/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_EVF5VS767AF9PZ6ZYQ8X )
Much easier to control how much I'm putting on my pallet and, as a bonus, they are already at the thinness I want to apply to models.
just some dropper bottles i found off amazon. something like https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01F73QCJM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_SSH2A7SMT47TR61RJT9M
honestly the band doesn’t really matter, that’s just the first one i found. you can find bigger packs, which are usually a better deal. i bought one with like 100 bottles, so i had some extra.
I can give you Amazon links to everything I purchased specifically for this task:
Dropper Bottles (pack of 50, plan accordingly)
Army Painter Mixing Balls(100 pieces)
Funnels (50 pieces)
Flow improver will also help immensly, I used Liquitex brand, but any brand should suffice.

I sell paint migrated to dropper bottles and this is what I use for regular paint pots. They work well.
I wound up using these bottles and little funnels.

These are the ones I'm using. These ones are also very similar if not the same.
I used a little Liquitex Flow-Aid diluted in distilled water and added a little of that into each pot, gave them a good shake and then they flowed fairly nicely.
Buy small funnels, you can find little lab funnels on Amazon for a few $. I tried to use a small funnel I had in the kitchen and it was slightly too fat.
With those tools / items, it is pretty easy. Here is a video where the guy uses Flow-Aid but no funnel and here is a video where the guy used a funnel and just some water to dilute
Here is a picture of the little funnel rig I set up on my desk, my funnel was too fat so i glued a bit of drinking straw into it that was narrow and long enough to go into the neck of the dropper bottle nicely.
It's good stuff, and unless I can't be bothered to open the bottle, it's what I thin everything with. I bought a 50ct set of 15 ml dropper bottles, and that's what I use, and it's worked perfectly for me.
As an aside, I used the rest of the dropper bottles to store the rest of my paint.
These are the ones I use. A GW pot will mostly fill it, and a P3 pot will barely fit. Filling them is pretty simple with a small funnel or two. I use these, but any that are the small enough will fit.
