As someone else with glasses, have you tried a hat like this?

I bought one on sale for ~$5 at my local running store that does more than I ever believed it could in the rain or snow. I went back and bought a few more at full price ($15-$20?) and just wear them on every run now, as they're also nice for blocking some sun, putting on a headlamp, or even just wrangling my hair. I don't think it'd matter in a heavy storm, but I'm not likely to go out if it's possibly dangerous anyway
