I JUST put this one together for my laguna 14bx yesterday. Works really well. http://www.amazon.com/Adjustable-Mobile-Power-Tools-HTC-2000/dp/B00002262M/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1456788069&sr=8-3&keywords=mobile+base
I don't have any experience with the item you linked but I really like having two front wheels for support. Plus, the HTC one is adjustable and comes with all metal bars and such.
if you like those check this out, comes with bolt together material fo make a full frame. no need to cut wood to fit if you don't want (but i did laminate a base for my jointer)

You'll have to check the weight requirements but the link below should be the type of thing you're looking for:

Something to consider for the future: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00002262M The 2000 is more than enough (500lbs capacity, 1412 is like 250ish or less IIRC) and a little cheaper.
I have this mobile base on my TS which makes moving it much, much easier
