Sure! It's this one. The description claims that each filter lasts 6-12 months, but I changed mine out after 2.5 months as I could smell and feel the chlorine was back. So that's something to consider.
This is the kind I've been using, and no I don't think there would be any way to clean the filters as they are little sealed plastic cartridges full of different layers of filtering ingredients. My grasp on how it actually works is loose at best though, would be super cool if there was a way to make them reusable!
