Best bang for your buck, with dual algorithms, gauge mode, etc. It's the same as an Oceanic veo 3.0. However, Deep6gear might come up with a better offer in a month or two.
Doesn't have AI but neither does a Shearwater; and on that brand... don't even consider a Petrel, go for the Perdix.
Third thing to consider is that maybe you want to wait until DEMA. New products will come up and maybe old ones drop it's price.
The Mares Nemo Wide is quite discounted now because it has been superseded by the Mares Quad. It has all the normal features in a rec dive computer with a large display, really large. Some people prefer larger screens and some other prefer watch type that they can wear daily, that's up to you. The screen is a segment display and not a matrix though. Look in scubaboard.com for threads on it.
On that same price range you can find Mares Puck Pro Plus and the Aeris A300 (also things like the old Suunto Zoop or the Cressi Leonardo but I wouldn't buy either).
Why in hell are you considering a Zoop??? I'm sure there must be some worse options but can't think of any...
$199 gets you an Aeris A300 which is equal or better than a Zoop Novo in every aspect: https://www.amazon.com/Aeris-Computer-Digital-online-computer/dp/B0073YYM5K
and $249 gets you a Hollis DG03 which is the cheapest computer capable of AI: https://www.divegearexpress.com/dg03-w-free-dry-box
