Ozone in large concentrations can be harmful, but in small concentrations, it will eliminate smells from cooking fish, curry, etc. I have a similar unit to the one in the link. I've had it for a few years now, and it works great. It only takes about 15 minutes to clear my house of any cooking odors.
I threw it in a used car we bought for my daughter and it eliminated the cigarette smoke odor from the previous owner. We ran it overnight and aired the car out in the morning with amazing results.
I’ve had good results with harsher detergents like Oxiclean. Not my first choice, but if the bag is unusable, there’s not much to loose. Machine washing won’t change a thing. Mirazyme might work, but I have had lackluster results.
I have a small ozone generator that has worked for removing odors from gear (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CYTR8XK). I put the item in a large storage tub with the generator on an extension cord). You don’t want breathe the ozone, so use it outside or in a garage that can be ventilated is better.
How quickly do you need the smell go dissipate? The absolute best thing you can do is to run an ozone generator in the car with the doors closed (and nobody inside, of course) overnight.
Ozone will actually destroy the odor, everything else will just mask it.
This on an extension cord would work perfectly: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CYTR8XK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_9YccCb1EJHE18
Airthereal B50 Mini Ozone Generator Plug-in Air Purifier, Portable Ozone Machine Odor Eliminating with Whisper Quiet, Personal Ozone Cleaner for Small Rooms https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CYTR8XK/ is what I use.
