Seven Samurai = my favorite film.
If you ever have occasion to screen a film at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences or visit for another reason, don't miss the Kurosawa artwork on display downstairs. http://www.oscars.org/events-exhibitions/venues-ticketing/galleries.html Any time I attend a premiere/party there you will find me hiding by the deserts and coffees, which are setup in the lower level side room (first photo) right in the middle of Kurosawa's original artwork. Love! I believe the galleries are open daily, too.
