What is Reddit's opinion of Aligning Business and IT with Metadata: The Financial Services Way?

Very fair argument. I linked to articles in the post though, that show cooperation between corporations to do malicious things that benefit them. Why not share the metadata as well? Something else to consider, is that your data is for sale from companies (oddly, I could not (quickly) get a link to a company that sell metadata, but that link is to a book that tells you how to obtain and use metadata, so hopefully that's proof enough it exists) and those companies are selling your metadata to companies that want to sell you a product or service you haven't bought yet.
