The Third reality switches can be configured in an N way configuration using their APP and ZigBee Hub. They don't require a neutral, since they mount over your existing switch and toggle it mechanically.
They just released a new 3rd generation switch that is even smaller than has a much lower profile than the older ones. A Zigbee hub is required.
take a look at this product. It may fill your needs: https://www.amazon.com/Amazon-Zigbee-Switch-Compatible-Studio/dp/B08TVZK8D6/ref=sr_1_1?crid=1SKVE2KFKP196&keywords=third+reality+smart+switch&qid=1661114728&sprefix=third+reality%2Caps%2C99&sr=8-1
If you can't put in smart light switches. Third reality makes switch plate adapters that works well to keep the bulbs from losing power. I use one to automate the bathroom ventilation fan through the wall switch. If a light switch is left in wrong position. I have a nightly refresh that corrects physical light switch if they ever get left in the wrong position.

Right now being a renter (not wanting to put relays behind the switch) I just got some over toggle zigbee switches and they have worked great. Will definitely do a relay once we buy a house.
Whn we renteed for a short term winter rental, I used the following devices, because: 1. easy to install and easy to remove 2. kept the wife happy with local control 3. kept the landlord happy because I didn't have to work with anything in the wall 4. kept me happy because I could automate the switch through my hub.
This device as shown lines up perfectly with U.S. switchplates, I don't know about EU square swithplates.
Unless you rent and can't modify electrical there's really no reason to go with something like that. A smart switch or relay looks better than something stuck to the switch. If you rent then the third reality zigbee switch looks better than the switchbot..
These go right over the switch. Works natively with Alexa if you have a zigbee Alexa speaker ie. 4th gen full size, studio, any of the echo pluses.
Made for Amazon Zigbee Smart Switch, Gen3. Compatible with Echo (4th Gen), Echo Plus (1st & 2nd Gen), Echo Show 10 (2nd & 3rd Gen), Echo Studio, Eero, and Eero 6 Pro https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08TVZK8D6/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_NJJGCSAPBEM7J3VVH2SK
My solution was non-Wyze. I installed a Third Reality ZigBee switch. It's external to the actual switch and battery powered. Mine has been running for close to a year now and I have yet to need a battery change.
This may not be ideal for you, but I recently got this for my fireplace: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B08TVZK8D6/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_0MGPE153KEGY6DQGEWW4?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
It's a mechanical switch that you place on top of an existing wall switch, a little motor flips your switch up and down.
You do need a zigbee hub or controller though.
No electrician needed.....you don't even have to remove the wallplate. Take a look: https://www.amazon.com/Amazon-Zigbee-Switch-Compatible-Studio/dp/B08TVZK8D6/ref=sr_1_2?crid=3TK2ZVEX81MA7&keywords=third+reality+smart+switch&qid=1643773134&sprefix=third+real%2Caps%2C98&sr=8-2
They also have a bluetooth veresion.
I use this and highly recommend it: All New, Made for Amazon Zigbee Smart Switch, Gen3. Compatible with Echo (4th Gen), Echo Plus (1st & 2nd Gen), Echo Show 10 (2nd & 3rd Gen), Echo Studio, Eero 6, and Eero 6 Pro https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08TVZK8D6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_TKAZSDZV5ETPM984ZWV7
I use an earlier generation of one of these attached to the wall switch that controls my fireplace.
Unfortunately, it's not wifi, so you'd need a ZigBee hub. If you have Amazon echos, I think they have ZigBee capabilities.
Switch Bot may have it's place, but this is not it!
Assuming OP cannot replace the switch with a smart switch, or put a Shelly behind it, there are a number of options much better than multiple switch bots.
For example a Third Reality ZigBee or Bluetooth Switch (I would do ZigBee).
This Third Reality switch cover might fit your needs: https://www.amazon.com/Amazon-Zigbee-Switch-Compatible-Studio/dp/B08TVZK8D6/ref=sr_1_6?crid=1MXKCNYN2545N&dchild=1&keywords=third+reality&qid=1634954520&sprefix=thirdreality+%2Caps%2C96&sr=8-6
for a rental with severe restrictions check out the Third Reality products on Amazon. You place the control over your current switch. This is the one I have used and it works well with the US style toggle switches. It looks like maybe you could get it to work for you.
All New, Made for Amazon Zigbee Smart Switch, Gen3. Compatible with Echo (4th Gen), Echo Plus (1st & 2nd Gen), Echo Show 10 (2nd & 3rd Gen), Echo Studio, Eero 6, and Eero 6 Pro https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08TVZK8D6/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_XC54W1A9ZDH2XVBKFM2C
You could always try going with some smart bulbs and the smart buttons you mount over the toggle switch like what Phillips hue has.
They are Amazon branded now, and are available without the hub if you're using Alexa is already have a ZigBee hub. I've got 2 gen1s, and a gen2.
While they're not subtle, they are effective.
Oh! It looks like they've added a BLE certain now, too!
This is how I do it.
I have an automation setup in Home Assistant that detects if the switch has been turned off, and immediately turns it back on.
I use Third Reality third gen switches which are quite inexpensive compared to most other smart switches.
Need more data!
For MY purposes I choose these... But my reasons may be totally different than yours.
My Reasons: I rent and therefore should not / can not replace the existing switches. Even if I could this is an older home with no-neutral wires, limiting my choices. Since they are battery powered Wi-Fi is a no-go. However even if they were powered, ZigBee or ZWave are much better choices.
I therefore chose these external devices that mount over the existing switches and toggle them manually. They connect thru pretty much any ZigBee hub and run on two AAA batteries which I have yet to need to replace.
I had this same switch and same problem! Others here are right, it’s a millivolt switch and there’s very little option out there to replace it. Our switch was inconvenient to get to, and my wife and I wanted to just tell Alexa to turn the fireplace on and off. I searched and searched for something that would work with Alexa, and I settled on this: It’s a simple switch that fits over what you already have. It works great. Easiest smart home install ever, works every time, and I did not have to replace the millivolt switch. I have a “Good Morning” routine that turns the fireplace on if the outside temp is below a certain number. When/if we ever move again, I can just take it off the fireplace switch.
Added an earlier version of one of these to a light switch inside my shed that controls the shed's exterior lights. Now when carrying out the compost you don't have to put the container down, open the shed, and turn on the light (and of course the reverse when done). I have been very pleased with how surprisingly well it has worked even in the deepest Wisconsin winters (it is AA powered).

I have one for a low voltage switch. Works great.
Didn't that win the 2019 Rube Goldberg award for it's using little pieces of wood and plastic to jury-rig a solution?
Now here's a much more elegant Zigbee way of controlling a toggle switch that doesn't look like someone's sixth grade science project, won't get knocked off by a passerby, and still allows manual local control of the switch.

I use one of these for my gas fireplace. Zigbee, I dont beleive they have a zwave version.
Get one of the button pushers for Alexa
Made for Amazon Zigbee Smart... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08TVZK8D6?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Maybe something like this would work? https://www.amazon.com/Amazon-Zigbee-Switch-Compatible-Studio/dp/B08TVZK8D6/ref=pd_lpo_1?pd_rd_i=B08TVZK8D6&psc=1
For the current version of this switch (Gen 3), use this: https://www.amazon.com/Amazon-Zigbee-Switch-Compatible-Studio/dp/B08TVZK8D6?ref_=ast_sto_dp
I had mixed experiences with Switchbot. Just got this last week, and it works great:
If it's one switch, get these:
I have five and it's a simple fix for when you don't want to do wiring. Zigbee controlled and works with smartthings and Alexa.
Just ordered! Link for USA
If you want the absolute easiest solution without having to make any modifications to the switch or under the plate - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08TVZK8D6
Sits over the switch, flips it mechanically. There is a zigbee version and a BLE version.
I use an older version of this https://www.amazon.com/Amazon-Zigbee-Switch-Compatible-Studio/dp/B08TVZK8D6?ref_=ast_sto_dp
It's been rock-solid, only downside is it's big and the motor makes a pretty loud squeal when activated.
I ended up going with this, like switchbot but it’s zigbee
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08TVZK8D6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_TKAZSDZV5ETPM984ZWV7
Yep, with the help of a link from u/gbutters1963 I was able to find this zigbee over-switch solution: https://www.amazon.com/Amazon-Zigbee-Switch-Compatible-Studio/dp/B08TVZK8D6?ref\_=ast\_sto\_dp
Yep, that looks like what I want. Even better, I kept going through strings of related products from that one and found this similar zigbee product: https://www.amazon.com/Amazon-Zigbee-Switch-Compatible-Studio/dp/B08TVZK8D6?ref\_=ast\_sto\_dp
I use these, pretty simple installation process. It’s little slower in responding because of motor mechanism. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08TVZK8D6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_B5KYPRZAARR9302WMQNE?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I think this is what you're looking for.
Works with paddle or toggle. Needs a ZigBee hub.
For the central question of is there a way to have one switch/button control another, I have a direct answer: yes! Third Reality makes a great smart switch that is meant to physically control a dumb switch. You can then pair that with almost any other kind of standalone smart button like the Hue Button, Hue Dimmer Switch, or my favorite, the Sonoff SNZB-01. Put that in your kitchen and use whatever your preferred platform is (in my case it's Home Assistant) to have the button toggle the smart switch in the other room.
I uses these to control a few ceiling fans, and for my kitchen which has a combined light/fan unit on a single switch. All of my other fans have the lights and fan on separate switches, so the bulbs can easily be smart bulbs and the fan is controlled separately.
The newest model I linked above looks a lot nicer and is much quieter than previous models. Also, the button in the middle allows the original switch to still be used, which is great for usability.
I also use a few switch covers like these to make sure switches that are controlled by something else or that have always-on smart devices attached stay on, while still allowing someone to flip them off easily if they really need to.
This is what I use (actually, this is the Gen3 version, I've got a couple Gen1 and a Gen2).
That certainly works, but I would consider the cube somewhat unsightly.
I would prefer using one of these.
I use a earlier generation of these on my fireplace switch.
Use these modules to control a wall switch without taking off the wall plate. Amazon line: https://www.amazon.com/Amazon-Zigbee-Switch-Compatible-Studio/dp/B08TVZK8D6 They can be controlled with a ZigBee hub and can turn lights on and off.
I used one of these for a bit. Mine got broke (kids) but it's a pretty good option.
I recently purchased one of these Zigbee switches that installs over the existing switch that I have not been able to use a Shelly in. It works well.
Oh, I thought that you had a link based on the pic that you included. Here is the one that I bought. Its 3rd gen. Make sure you get 3rd gen if you're going to order.
