Hey, it sucks and the first heartbreak is always the hardest. It's absolutely natural to feel this way. A bunch of chemicals and hormones are flooding your brain, and it's a real, normal biological response to feel attached and upset.
I feel like running and exercise helped a lot years ago when I was in a similar situation. And although it doesn't feel like it, you'll feel a lot better as time goes on.
