It all depends on how 'business' youre forced to dress at work. Personally (I'm at a bank) like long tunic shirts with dress pants. I just got this one recently https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DUYW1AK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and can either dress 'up' or 'down' depending on my feelings that day. They're very baggy, that one especially and should hide a binder well
