This is why I often browse Old Navy online. Every shirt I've bought there comes in tall sizes and I love it. On a side note this shirt on Amazon is very true to American sizing and is long enough for me to wear as a tunic with leggings at 5'7"+. It is also available with long sleeves. I own like 8 colors.
